The unique blend of milk for our products comes from our own four farms in the heart of Herefordshire. The milk is non-homogenised organic milk from our own Jersey and Friesian cows. It’s high in essential vitamins and minerals and has a deliciously rich, creamy and unique taste.The ingredients we add to our products are natural and, wherever possible, organic and grown on our own farms or sourced locally, keeping food miles to a minimum and adding real local heritage.
