Gloucester's Friday farmers' market has a range
of local produce befitting a city, including farmhouse sausages, Thai snacks, smoked duck breast & free range chicken from Madgett's Farm, organic burgers from Cullimore's Organics, freshly baked bread and pastries and quality freshly harvested fruits and vegetables, all direct from the producer. There are plants for the garden,
fresh herbs, cut flowers and much more.
Each Friday sees a different
selection of stallholders. There are usually around 20 to 25 stalls. Held around the Cross in the City Center, the Gloucester Gate Streets
Farmers' Market is a friendly and colourful event.
